Refund policy

At LChange, all products are made specially for you using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process. Since every product is custom printed after an order is placed, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.


1. No Returns for Size or Preference Issues

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference issues
  • Minor print placement differences
  • Slight color variation between screen and printed product

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect

we will gladly provide a replacement or refund after verification.

To request a replacement or refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear product photos
  • Photos of original packaging
  • Unboxing video showing the issue
  • Short explanation of the problem

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for free replacement or refund.


3. Important Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged or defective item claims, an unboxing video is strongly recommended.

If the issue cannot be verified properly without an unboxing video, replacement or refund requests may be declined.

Please ensure the package opening is recorded clearly from start to finish.


4. Size Exchange Policy

We do not provide free size exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size.

As all items are printed specifically for each order:

  • Customers wanting another size must place a new order at their own expense.

We strongly recommend checking the sizing chart before purchasing.


5. Color & Print Variation Disclaimer

Print-on-Demand products may have slight variations in:

  • Print placement
  • Color tone
  • Design scaling

Colors visible on mobile or computer screens may differ slightly from actual printed products due to monitor settings and printing processes.

These minor differences are normal and are not considered defects.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

Once your order enters printing or fulfillment stage, cancellation is no longer possible because the product is custom manufactured.


7. Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, we will provide either:

  • A replacement, or
  • Refund

after courier investigation and confirmation.


8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and phone number.

If delivery fails because of:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Rejected delivery
  • Failure to answer courier calls

the order may be returned to our fulfillment center.

In such cases:

  • Reshipping charges may apply
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing usually takes:

  • 5–10 business days

depending on your bank or payment provider.
